📝 Progress Comes To You

Dear Greats,

Many overcomplicate life.

Most chase progress, little knowing that progress comes to them!

Follow the rules of the board, they exist whether you like them or not. Progress will come to you in the form of the way you play the game.

The principles you follow, the values you hold. They will dictate the life that comes to you.

The easiest way to choose your future is to be the thing that it requires. Never could it then pass you by, for it will collide with you as perfectly as water runs downstream.

Theory and practice are separate - sure, so all the more you must endure! But in the hope this finds you well; focus not on the impacts that you make, worry yet about the person you create, for progress is on its way to you, whether ready or not, it will knock.

So do ensure that what you form is steadily standing ready, for that door will open once it’s knocked, whether you like it or not, progress comes to you.
