Carl Jung π―οΈ
Dear Greats,
Thoughts become things.
Power resides in your thoughts.
As man thinketh, so he becomes.
If you desire to change your future, you must first change yourself.
All progress starts within.
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
Follow not your desires but pull the curtain back and look at what is pushing those desires forward.
FATE some claim as the driver of their life! Making passive passengers out of themselves; explaining away their power, absolving themselves of responsibility - they are not accountable for their actions, for they are not the actor! It could not have been any other wayβ¦
Yet fate is not singular, it is a multitude, one which we control. There exist many fates for us all, realities, branches, pathways; everyday we choose a path through our thoughts and actions. The content we consume, the habits we build, the people we surround ourselves with, the actions we take.
Which branch to take? Wellβ¦ let go of all reality and all else that you know; this is your time to dream! βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ-Now wake and look not at your feet but at the end of the branch, the one within your dream - that is where you must go - walk the path with sight in mind and look not at your feet.
Confrontation.
There is no coming to consciousness without pain."
Drug addicts are just like us, yet driven by their unconscious they choose to run and numb the pain, no conscious mind would wish their life yet their thoughts are not their own; their fate not of their making.
I recently discovered my own poison, I had been drinking it since birth. What seems βthe wayβ is not the way, my shadow pushed it forwards, convinced me it was right.
Confront yourself. Dream your dream. Hold the branch in sight. Control your thoughts - as they become things - align your actions, for they reinforce the cycle.
You know the secret of life as do I. The task is grand, but you must not stop. Attack each day as if your life depends on it, because simply put, it does.
Make the unconscious conscious so you may direct your fate.
If you feel no pain nor discomfort, try again.
Long may you live in peace.
Your deepest well-wisher,
