📝 Intellectual Honesty

The Truth Seeker

Dear Great ones,

Intellectual honesty is vital to our growth.

In order to be intellectually honest one must be comfortable with the potentiality of being wrong.

What we want or believe is less important than what is true.

Significant historic changes that created resonating impacts through time have often involved destruction and transformation of previously held popular beliefs.

Intellectual honesty then means engaging the perceived enemy (in the form of ideas) and being open to their potential purity.

What is a strongly held belief you hold? Can you scrutinise it? Do you have any controversial ideas? Have you shared them?

Ideas should be scrutinised to their fullest extent.

Greatness then is found in the peripheries of ideas by those secure enough to wander there.

If you’re reading this then you’re already one of the Greats.

Your Deepest Well Wisher,

TGM
